Holiday Gift Organizer

Supplies:

Holiday Mailbox Serendipity Stamp (817H)
Black Ink Close to My Heart
Winter Pattern Paper (mine is Stampin’ Up)
Three colors of coordinating cardstock
White Sheer Ribbon
Prisma Colored Pencils ( Jasmine, Muted Turquoise, Metallic Silver, Sky Blue Light, Dark Green, Crimson Red, Yellowed orange, Chocolate)
Adhesive
White flocking
Martha Stewart circle scalloped punch

Directions:

1. Stamp the image on white cardstock with black ink. Tear a border around the stamp. Color the stamp. Add liquid adhesive to the areas where snow are, and top with flocking. Mat image with darker green color and tear its edges as well.

2. Cut pattern paper and white cardstock to 7” by 9 ¾” . Cut two pieces of dark green cardstock to 4 ½” by 8”. Score both pieces every half inch. Cut three pieces of lighter green cardstock to 4 ½” by 6 ¾”. Cut two strips of white cardstock ¼” by 9 ¾”. Punch two strips of border approx. ½” by 6 ½”.

3. Coat backside of pattern paper with modpodge, lay a piece of ribbon long ways down the center and leave enough hanging over each end for tying. Run another coat of modpodge down the ribbon. Then top with the white cardstock of same size. Smooth the pieces together and lay under heavy books till dry to prevent curling of paper.

4. Score this piece at 4 ½” from each end. Accordion fold the dark green pieces. Adhere them to one side of the folder shape. Glue in the light green sheets in every other valley fold in the accordion. Adhere the back of the accordion fold to the backside of the organizer. Glue white strips around the outside edges of organizer. Glue border punched pieces to the tops front and back.

5. Adhere a piece of ribbon across the middle of the front, and tie a bow to the right side. Adhere the stamped image to the left over top of the ribbon. Tie bow at top.

6. Use pockets for storing lists, and receipts for easy holiday shopping.
